Bruce Hedlund brings a wealth of experience to Real Life from his 10+ years of experience as a personal trainer, coach and group instructor. Bruce’s expertise spans traditional core strength and conditioning training to urban fit instruction and pure running form. Bruce is an 18 x marathon finisher and 10x Boston marathon finisher. What a feat!
Bruce will be kicking off a Tabata class this Thursday July 10th at 6am and will be conducting noon classes on Tuesdays/Thursdays as well.
Bruce will also be available for peak performance small group and personal training.
